1. Digital Products (e.g., Templates, Guides)

All sales of downloadable digital products are final. We do not offer refunds for digital items once they have been downloaded or accessed.

2. Resume Writing / Editing Services

If you’re not satisfied with your purchased resume service:

You may request a revision within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, only if the service has not yet been initiated.
Once the writing/editing process has begun, refunds are not guaranteed.

3. Subscription Services

If applicable, you may cancel subscriptions at any time. Charges already made will not be refunded, but future billing will stop.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a dispute. Abuse of the chargeback process may result in account termination.
